Description: The original Foam Roof System was installed by another contractor and coated with acrylic, which broke down due to ponding water and lack of maintenance. Deteriorated and/or saturated sections of the existing coated foam roof were removed and filled in with a sprayed applied roof foam. The new and old foam roof sections were “tied-in” and the entire roof was coated in silicone with granules.
