Metal Roof Valley Repair

What We Did

Pressure-washed valley to remove all loose dirt and debris.
Tightened and/or replaced all loose/missing fasteners at the edge of the metal roof to valley tie-ins.
Sprayed epoxy primer over the areas to be repaired to enhance coating adhesion.
Sumped four existing roof drains to improve drainage.
Sealed applicable fastener heads, horizontal lap seams in the valley, and around applicable drains using silicone sealant and reinforced silicone coating.
Sprayed one (1) coat of high-solids silicone coating over prepped valley area.
Completed touch-up details and removed all work-related trash and debris.
