One would likely be shocked at some of the things we find on commercial and industrial roofs that have NOT been properly maintained.

Clogged drains and gutters, trash/debris left behind from other contractors, BULLET HOLES, damage after having mechanical work done…the list goes on!

Also, why do people find it fun/funny to throw things up on other people’s roofs? We have literally found bar stools!
